Xplora, a Scandinavian kidsâ smartwatch brand, had gained traction and proven productâmarket fit in the Nordics with a âfun and trackableâ positioning.
Through a key partnership with Deutsche Telekom in Germany, Xplora also launched the worldâs first eSIM smartwatch for kids; a breakthrough that significantly elevated brand awareness and category leadership in the region.
Initially brought on to support European expansion, I was later asked to focus on the UK; a high-potential market that had shown slower adoption and required a tailored go-to-market approach.
